PCR Helicase Dependent Amplification HDA

Helicase Dependent Amplification HDA Protocol

Helicase-dependent amplification (HDA) is a method which is different but is based on the PCR.

HDA uses a constant temperature instead than cycling temperatures through denaturation and annealing/extension cycles.

DNA Helicase, an enzyme that unwinds DNA, is used in place of thermal denaturation.
