Assembly PCR is a polymerase chain reaction variation that artificial synthesizes long DNA sequences by performing PCR on a pool of long oligonucleotides (primers) with short overlapping segments. Assembléia PCR é uma reação em cadeia da polimerase variação que sintetiza longas sequências de DNA artificial através da realização da PCR em um pool de longa oligonucleotídeos (primers), com sobreposição de segmentos curtos.
The oligonucleotides alternate between sense and antisense directions, and the overlapping segments determine the order of the PCR fragments thereby selectively producing the final long DNA product. Os oligonucleotídeos alternam entre sentimento e antisense direções, e as sobreposições segmentos determinar a ordem dos fragmentos da PCR seletivamente produzindo, assim, o produto final longo do DNA.
